Oversees securities settlement transaction operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing, resolving exceptions, and maintaining service quality and controls.
What you'll do
- Reviews outgoing payments for completeness, accuracy, and risk according to established procedures.
- Researches and resolves numerical errors, responds to partner inquiries, and escalates complex issues.
- Understands end-to-end process flows, controls, risks, and upstream and downstream dependencies.
