Manages complex drug, medical device, consumer product, and related product liability litigation, from strategy and substantive legal work through proceedings and resolution.
What you'll do
- Manage complex litigation matters, develop and execute strategy, and draft substantive legal documents.
- Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, expert coordination, and trial preparation or execution.
