Leads negotiations, documentation, implementation, and administration of complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements through final claim resolution and program closure.
What you'll do
- Lead settlement negotiations and develop settlement structures and eligibility criteria.
- Draft, review, and finalize settlement documents; resolve claimant disputes and appeals.
- Oversee claims administration, teams, data analysis, settlement implementation, and quality assurance.
