About the job
Leads and manages complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through claims resolution and program closure.
What you'll do
- Lead settlement negotiations and develop settlement structures and eligibility criteria.
- Draft and finalize settlement documents, resolve claimant disputes, and oversee settlement implementation and claims administration.
- Manage teams reviewing claims and analyze claims data, workflows, and quality assurance.

Pay
USD 200K – 350K base salary
