Prepare and manage business immigration cases for employers sponsoring foreign national workers, under the supervision of Immigration Partners.
What you'll do
- Research legal issues, formulate arguments, and identify case law for business immigration matters.
- Manage a large caseload and review, draft, and monitor petitions while meeting deadlines.
- Provide professional, responsive client service and coordinate with paralegals and internal teams.
