About the job
Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes and advise them on insurance recovery strategy and coverage issues.
What you'll do
- Handle insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
- Advise clients and analyze commercial insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage provisions.
- Draft legal analyses and court filings, support litigation phases, and coordinate with clients and insurance-related parties.
