Represents corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes and advises clients on insurance recovery strategy and coverage issues.
What you'll do
- Handle insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
- Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage analyses, pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
- Advise and coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to advance recovery objectives and support litigation through trial preparation.
