About the job
Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes and advise them on insurance recovery strategy and coverage issues.
What you'll do
- Handle insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
- Advise clients on recovery strategy and analyze commercial insurance policies and coverage issues.
- Draft legal analyses and litigation documents, and support cases through discovery, motion practice, and hearing or trial preparation.
