Supports attorneys through all phases of products liability litigation, from discovery and court filings to trial preparation.
What you'll do
- Prepare, organize, and file court documents; assist with legal research, drafting, and finalizing briefs.
- Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and large-scale document productions and litigation databases.
- Assist with trial preparation, including witness binders, exhibits, and logistics.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
- Working knowledge of court filing procedures and rules, including PACER/ECF and Indiana state court filing procedures.
- Experience with trial preparation and/or eDiscovery, including document review, production, and litigation database management.
