About the job
Supports attorneys through all phases of products liability litigation, from discovery and court filings to trial preparation and case management.
What you'll do
- Prepare and file court documents; conduct legal research and assist with drafting pleadings, correspondence, discovery responses, and briefs.
- Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and large-scale document productions; track evidence and case materials.
- Assist with trial preparation, including witness binders, exhibits, and logistics, and coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external parties.
