Mass Torts Settlement Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Design and maintain settlement intake, data management, quality assurance, and reporting procedures across matters.
• Coordinate system workflows, data synchronization, payment tracking, and requirements with firm technology staff and external vendors.
• Train settlement staff and coordinate with administrators, lien resolution vendors, plaintiff’s counsel, and settlement teams.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in mass torts, complex litigation, settlement administration, insurance claims, or a comparable high-volume claims environment.
• Experience building, documenting, or standardizing processes across multiple teams or matters.
• Significant experience with legal case management, claims, or CRM systems and a working understanding of relational case and claim data.
• Working knowledge of settlement administration mechanics; advanced Excel skills; and a proven track record managing high-volume data and identifying inconsistencies.

Nice to have

• Experience at a settlement administrator, lien resolution provider, qualified settlement fund administrator, or third-party claims administrator.
• Experience designing quality assurance or audit procedures, or training and coordinating staff across teams.
