Manages systems, data quality, procedures, and reporting across the firm’s mass tort settlement programs, supporting attorneys who retain responsibility for settlement decisions.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain settlement intake, tracking, quality assurance, and reporting protocols across matters.
- Administer claim and settlement data workflows, including system synchronization, payment tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
- Translate practice needs into technology requirements, coordinate testing with technology personnel and vendors, and train settlement teams.
