Manages multiple IT projects from planning through implementation, coordinating teams and resources while controlling scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
What you'll do
- Develop project requirements, work plans, tasks, and stakeholder reporting; coordinate project meetings and facilitate decisions.
- Track and report project risks, issues, and deviations, and support resolution and delivery.
- Manage Agile and Waterfall projects, work with external vendors, and respond to ServiceNow incidents and reporting needs.
