About the job
Provides legal and operational support for high-volume product liability and mass tort settlements, coordinating claims administration, settlement documentation, payments, and communications.
What you'll do
- Manage settlement documents, claims databases, and workflows; track claims administration and settlement status.
- Review settlement agreements and supporting documents, coordinate payment requests and disbursements, and prepare required reports or court filings.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, settlement administrators, opposing counsel, and vendors; provide updates on case statistics and settlement progress.
