Provides transactional legal counsel and helps build scalable legal practices to support Base’s commercial operations, growth, and new business lines.
What you'll do
- Negotiate partnership deals, vendor agreements, leases, commercial contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and other business agreements.
- Develop practices and legal frameworks to mitigate risks, including in cybersecurity, employment and labor law, and consumer protection.
- Support corporate transactions, fundraising, tax equity, and project and asset financings.
