Serves as the owner’s representative for capital construction projects, coordinating design and contractors while managing project scope, schedule, budget, and closeout.
What you'll do
- Oversee contractors, design consultants, and vendors throughout project phases; coordinate design reviews and resolve conflicts before construction.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope documentation; track variances, evaluate change orders, and report status and risks.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and oversee closeout, including punch lists, commissioning, document turnover, and warranty tracking.
