Leads the electrical architecture and engineering team for energy storage products, taking inverters, batteries, and interconnect devices from design through manufacturing and field deployment.
What you'll do
- Set product electrical architecture and direction; own specifications, design, bring-up, validation, and reliability testing.
- Build and lead an electrical engineering team, while resolving complex system-level issues and improving products using field and manufacturing feedback.
- Drive power converter and embedded-system design across products, collaborate on production ramp, and own production end-of-line testers.

- 10+ years of electrical system design experience, including significant work on energy storage, inverters, EV charging, motor drives, or similar high-power applications.
- Demonstrated experience taking complex electrical products from initial architecture through production ramp and field deployment.
- Strong PCB design skills and hands-on bring-up and debugging; ability to run transient thermal simulations in MATLAB or Python.
- Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, control theory for power conversion, communication protocols, lab equipment, and leading or mentoring engineers.
Nice to have
- Altium for PCB design.
- Experience with UL/CSA/IEC certification, electric motor design, thermal simulation, mechanical integration, or high-volume manufacturing and DFM/DFT optimization.
