Installs and services home backup battery systems while helping establish and train Base’s field operations in Northern Illinois.
What you'll do
- Manage home backup battery installations; troubleshoot field failures and repair inspection failures.
- Onboard, train, and observe new installer crews or subcontractors; meet with inspectors and AHJs.
- Become a subject matter expert in Base hardware, electrical principles, and applicable NEC Codes; participate in scheduled rotational on-call coverage.
