Build and improve the systems, workflows, integrations, and tools that help Base’s go-to-market teams move leads and onboard members efficiently at scale.
What you'll do
- Optimize workflows across Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams to support scaling lead movement and member onboarding.
- Collaborate with Engineering on data pipelines and integrations across CRM and internal tools; identify and fix system gaps and bottlenecks.
- Set a roadmap for GTM systems and build workflows, automations, and tools that improve execution.
