What you'll do
- Set firmware architecture and technical direction, write and review critical code, and maintain compliance with UL standards.
- Build systems for grid balancing, telemetry, fault recovery, communications, and fleet OTA updates.
- Hire and coach the firmware team and coordinate staffing with hardware and software teams.

- 10+ years writing production firmware for high-reliability embedded systems.
- Deep experience with C/C++ on MCUs and embedded Linux, real-time control loops, BMS or inverter firmware, and fleet OTA systems.
