Plans and coordinates preventive maintenance and repairs for facilities and production equipment to minimize downtime and keep factory operations running.
What you'll do
- Build preventive maintenance schedules, convert requests into prioritized work orders, and coordinate work with technicians, vendors, and production schedules.
- Manage spare-parts inventory and ordering, and maintain CMMS records for work orders, assets, and downtime.
- Track maintenance costs and lead weekly planning meetings to review backlog and upcoming work.
