Oversee facilities and maintenance at Base Factory 1, building programs and systems that keep infrastructure and manufacturing equipment safe, reliable, and productive.
What you'll do
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for mechanical, control, and infrastructure systems; develop PM/TPM activities.
- Manage facility service needs, maintenance-team priorities, and critical spare-parts inventory.
- Improve equipment availability and line efficiency through reliability initiatives, KPIs, procedures, and team training.

- Strong technical expertise in HVAC, mechanical repairs, and infrastructure operations, including relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Experience developing preventive maintenance programs and managing spare inventory.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and hydraulics/pneumatics using prints.
