What you'll do
- Guide, train, and mentor Production Associates; manage scheduling, time-card approvals, and resource planning.
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and support the production ramp and continuous improvement.
- Maintain quality and safety standards, including root-cause investigations, 5S organization, audits, and Job Hazard Analyses.
