Manage Base Power’s capital construction projects as the owner’s representative, from design coordination through closeout, with accountability for schedule, budget, and scope.
What you'll do
- Oversee contractors, design consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders through all project phases.
- Maintain schedules, budgets, and scope; evaluate changes, track risks, and report project status.
- Coordinate design reviews and project closeout, including commissioning, document turnover, and warranty tracking.
