Supervises outbound warehouse operations, leading the team that picks, stages, loads, and ships battery systems to satellite warehouses and third-party logistics providers.
What you'll do
- Lead, train, develop, and schedule outbound staff; prioritize workflows and maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Plan loads that meet DOT hazmat requirements for UN3480 lithium-battery transport; coordinate carrier pickups, shipment tracking, and shipping paperwork.
- Track outbound KPIs and improve processes to reduce errors, cycle time, and cost.
