Leads the billing, payments, and risk function, improving member account quality while balancing member experience, fraud prevention, profitability, and compliance.
What you'll do
- Oversee payment collection and billing operations, including disputes, chargebacks, payment plans, and disconnections or reconnections.
- Lead fraud prevention and credit-quality processes, including credit checks and identity verification, in partnership with Software Engineering.
- Establish policies, controls, and KPI reporting with Finance and Compliance.
