About the job
Own and improve end-to-end security for Base’s connected battery fleet, spanning device hardware and firmware through cloud services.
What you'll do
- Threat-model and review product designs, then turn findings into prioritized security objectives and implementation work.
- Build fleet security foundations, including device identity and provisioning, code and OTA signing, service authentication, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Investigate vulnerabilities, test products from an attacker’s perspective, and develop security standards, tooling, and technical assessments.
