Lead field execution for Base’s expansion into new markets by establishing installation standards, training contractors, commissioning energy systems, and resolving complex technical issues.
What you'll do
- Set up field operations and workflows in new markets, and build launch momentum.
- Train and manage local electrical contractors; audit installations, perform rework, and ensure compliance before grid connection.
- Troubleshoot electrical, battery, and firmware/hardware integration issues, coordinate with inspectors and utilities, and relay field feedback to engineering and product teams.

- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- 5+ years of electrical experience, emphasizing energy storage systems (ESS), solar microgrids, EV infrastructure, or generator integration.
