About the job
Supports Base’s creative team by shooting, editing, and producing video content that tells the company’s story across product, homeowner, installation, and social formats.
What you'll do
- Help shoot and edit content and support paid and organic creative across Meta, YouTube, and other channels.
- Develop ideas from loose briefs and collaborate on campaigns and productions.
- Organize footage, project files, and assets; use AI and new creative tools to improve speed or quality.

- Some experience shooting and/or editing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to make creative decisions from ambiguous briefs with limited oversight.
Nice to have
