Leads Baseten’s cloud platform engineering team, building and operating scalable, reliable infrastructure while developing engineers and aligning platform work with user needs.
What you'll do
- Recruit, coach, and develop cloud platform engineers; set expectations and foster ownership and accountability.
- Guide technical decisions, set infrastructure priorities, and establish reliability, performance, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with partner teams and leadership, and lead major incident response and follow-up improvements.
