Own and scale Baseten’s global equity operations, including administration, controls, systems, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
What you'll do
- Run the equity calendar and maintain accurate records through reconciliations across equity, HRIS, payroll, cap table, and accounting systems.
- Build workflows, controls, reporting, and employee resources; manage the equity platform and improve processes through practical automation.
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting on international hiring, mobility, transactions, and other equity matters.
