Recruiting Operations Program Manager

What you'll do

• Plan and drive cross-functional recruiting programs from leadership buy-in through adoption.
• Analyze recruiting metrics in Ashby and turn findings into recommendations and process changes.
• Build and improve Claude-powered tools, self-service resources, and recruiting documentation.

What they ask for

• 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or a related operations role at a fast-growing company.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects end to end, including securing senior-leader buy-in.
• Ability to analyze and present data and turn it into recommendations.
• Clear writing, strong prioritization, and ability to balance long-running programs with day-to-day requests.

Nice to have

• PMP or other project management certification.
• Hands-on Ashby or other ATS experience; experience building AI workflows or tools.

Pay

$140K – $160K (base salary)
