About the job
Own and improve the reliability of Baseten’s multi-cloud Kubernetes ML infrastructure through observability, incident response, runbooks, and automated mitigations.
What you'll do
- Own infrastructure reliability, including incident response, post-mortems, and remediation tracking.
- Build and maintain observability infrastructure and define SLOs and SLIs.
- Turn recurring failures into runbooks, automated mitigations, and self-healing systems.
