About the job
Build and own the testing frameworks, infrastructure, and standards that help Baseten engineers verify reliable software before production.
What you'll do
- Define Baseten’s testing strategy and build unit, integration, load, performance, and resilience testing capabilities.
- Develop test infrastructure for realistic environments, including ephemeral Kubernetes namespaces, and improve test reliability and CI speed.
- Create shared testing tools and templates, add observability to test health, and partner with and mentor engineering teams.
