Structures, models, diligences, and helps negotiate major compute, data center, and infrastructure transactions to support Baseten’s growth.
What you'll do
- Own analytical and structuring work for major supply transactions and strategic partnerships.
- Build deal financial models and make recommendations to leadership; design terms balancing cost, flexibility, and risk.
- Lead diligence with internal teams and external advisors, and track compute and infrastructure market trends.
What they ask for
- 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure or real estate investing, venture or growth investing, management consulting, or comparable corporate finance or corporate development.
- Hands-on experience structuring, modeling, and executing complex transactions from first look through close.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
