About the job
Build and run the operating processes, cross-team programs, and metrics that help Baseten’s Forward Deployed Engineering team serve strategic customers and improve its platform.
What you'll do
- Own priority-account reviews, escalation coordination, and handoffs across FDE, Sales, solutions architecture, Product, engineering, capacity, and on-call teams.
- Coordinate major customer programs, including dedicated-capacity rollouts, cluster migrations, capacity reservations, and launches; identify risks and drive follow-through.
- Build and report team metrics, reduce engineering toil, and support team scaling through enablement, workload balancing, runbook coverage, and hiring operations.
