Build Basic Capital’s capital markets function and credit infrastructure, structuring institutional funding and creating repeatable financing channels for its retirement-investing products.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with credit managers, institutional lenders, investors, and capital partners; lead fundraising initiatives with the CEO.
- Structure, negotiate, and execute credit facilities, securitizations, and forward flows; monitor market performance and identify opportunities to scale credit offerings.
- Work with product, finance, legal, and operations to scale origination and streamline capital markets operations.
