About the job
Owns and improves the people, recruiting, workplace, research-gathering, grant, and administrative systems that support Basis’ research organization.
What you'll do
- Develop the operations function with the COO and leadership team; own and improve core operational systems.
- Manage offices and labs across New York and Cambridge, including facilities and vendor relationships, and organize research gatherings and visiting-researcher logistics.
- Improve tools and processes, implement automations and integrations, and support grant and contract administration.
