Leads engineering for production AI features used by customer service representatives, network engineers, and field technicians, from choosing problems and models to measuring impact and iterating with users.
What you'll do
- Build and own the product-wide agent system, including reasoning, tools, context, and human handoffs.
- Develop tests, datasets, and dashboards to measure AI performance; build real-time AI for live phone calls and select models balancing quality, speed, and cost.
- Identify product opportunities for AI, validate their impact, and gather feedback from operators and CSRs.
