Leads the discovery, prototyping, controlled implementation, and adoption of AI solutions that strengthen Compliance and Non-Financial Risk processes at BBVA.
What you'll do
- Identify and assess AI opportunities with Compliance and Risk teams, considering business value, feasibility, data, technology, governance, and operational dependencies.
- Build and test prototypes with subject-matter experts and users, iterating toward controlled, practical solutions and integrating them into existing processes and controls.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and promote responsible, secure, and controlled AI use, including reusable capabilities and knowledge sharing.
