About the job
Provides legal counsel and transaction support to BBVA’s U.S. Corporate & Investment Banking operations, covering capital markets, lending, securities regulation, and related legal matters.
What you'll do
- Review and advise on capital markets, securities, and bank lending transactions and documentation.
- Advise on securities laws and broker-dealer regulations, and support the U.S. underwriting committee.
- Provide day-to-day legal and regulatory guidance, represent Legal in meetings, and advise on U.S. CIB matters.
