What you'll do
- Originate and execute M&A and Project Finance Advisory deals, including financial modeling, valuation, and capital structure analysis.
- Prepare pitches, transaction materials, and documentation; coordinate due diligence and information exchange.
- Conduct industry research, interact with clients, collaborate across CIB teams, and train analysts.
What they ask for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or Engineering.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
- SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 required or must be obtained within six months of employment.
