About the job
Underwrite, originate, structure, and manage secured real estate and data center loans for BBVA’s U.S. clients, including modeling, credit analysis, due diligence, and loan execution.
What you'll do
- Analyze loan opportunities through cash flow modeling, financial and market research, credit assessment, and preparation of credit and screening materials.
- Support deal origination, structuring, approval, due diligence, closing, and booking; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain transaction and market databases, manage portfolio reporting, and update sizing and structuring models.
