What you'll do
- Serve as the primary legal advisor on labor and employment matters, partnering with HR and business leaders across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead workplace investigation strategy and advise on employment laws, compensation, organizational changes, and workforce planning.
- Draft and maintain employment documents, manage litigation and outside counsel, and develop practical guidance and training.
