Build and lead Beast Industries’ internal communications function, connecting employees to company strategy, leadership, and one another through clear, measurable communications.
What you'll do
- Set internal communications strategy, narrative, channels, cadence, and manager cascade; identify and close information gaps.
- Advise executives and create communications for company updates, employee initiatives, and high-stakes moments.
- Lead change communications and culture programs, and measure employee engagement and communications effectiveness.
