Build and lead internal and partner training, including a certification program for people operating Bedrock’s autonomous heavy equipment.
What you'll do
- Set the learning and development strategy, roadmap, budget, and resources.
- Create internal training and launch Bedrock Certified for partner operators and supervisors.
- Embed safety standards, track qualifications and outcomes, and update training as products and procedures change.

- Experience developing technical training for safety-critical or regulated operations.
- Track record designing and running certification or qualification programs, and building train-the-trainer programs while managing external partners or vendors.
- Strong instructional design, adult learning, competency assessment, learning management administration and reporting; ability to influence senior leaders and willingness to travel 30%+.
Nice to have
- Background in construction, heavy civil, or heavy equipment operations, and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
