Owns early-career recruiting for Belvedere Trading’s Technology & Platform team, building engineering talent pipelines and improving campus hiring and assessment practices.
What you'll do
- Lead campus and full-cycle recruiting for intern, entry-level, and early-career Technology & Platform roles, from sourcing through offers.
- Build relationships with universities, technical student groups, and hackathons to attract candidates and strengthen Belvedere’s employer brand.
- Partner with engineering leaders on technical assessments, candidate evaluation, recruiting analytics, and process improvements.
