About the job
Owns early-career recruiting for the Trading Department, building candidate pipelines and campus relationships to hire interns, graduates, and other early-career talent.
What you'll do
- Execute campus recruiting strategy and manage full-cycle hiring for Trading roles, from applications through offers.
- Build relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and alumni; represent Belvedere at recruiting and industry events.
- Partner with Trading leaders on sourcing and evaluation, and analyze recruiting results to improve processes.

- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling and facilitation, and offer calls.
- Demonstrated success recruiting at multiple universities in competitive markets.
- Bachelor's Degree required.

- Recruiting experience with intern, entry-level, or early-career talent in fintech, professional services, or financial firms; quantitative trading, prop trading, or finance experience is ideal.
- Comfort engaging with probability, statistics, and game theory.
Pay
