Own People analytics and HRIS operations while managing compensation benchmarking, performance reviews, offboarding, and related employee-lifecycle processes.
What you'll do
- Define People metrics, build reporting, and turn workforce data into recommendations for leaders.
- Own HRIS and portal operations, including configuration, access, integrations, and data integrity.
- Lead compensation benchmarking, performance review and promotion cycles, and end-to-end offboarding.
