About the job
Provides production support for traders by troubleshooting trading systems, reducing recurring issues, and improving support tools and system stability.
What you'll do
- Resolve urgent trading system issues, document them in a ticketing system, and maintain troubleshooting knowledge.
- Automate manual tasks, monitor system components, and analyze logs and patterns to identify root causes.
- Recommend and implement support-process improvements and build tools to detect potential problems.
